This is a 100% pure Uji matcha, made exclusively from tencha grown in a single tea garden on the riverbanks of the Kizu River in Yawata, Kyoto - one of the recognized origins of Uji tea.
Only first flush leaves are used.
No blends. No additives.
Tea cultivation, processing, and quality control are all handled within a single garden and factory, ensuring strict traceability for every tin.

Matcha grown along the Kizu River has long been known as Hama-cha - a rare and historically valued style within Uji tea.

The tencha is stone-milled and packed as 40g per tin.
